Aged for five years in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead and bottled at natural cask strength (59%!), we are really happy with the results of our Private Cask. The whisky delivers an unusually dark, winter-leaning profile for Japanese whisky: smoked plum, dark chocolate, salted caramel, and an enveloping peat that feels built for snowbound nights
Served exclusively at Bar Gyu both neat and as a premium highball, where a splash of water allows the sherry richness to fully come out

We have an immediate need for two people to join our team. We’re looking for a couple or two friends who can share a room together.
Position: Bar & Service
Wage: 1,600 ~ yen/hour.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off.
Accommodation: Shared couple/friends room at ¥38,000 yen per person for the season, 4 month rental. Includes a shared car, all utilities, Wi-Fi, bi-weekly cleaning service, sheets laundered, and all cleaning supplies.
Start Date: Immediate. Work starts from December 1st (start date is negotiable).
